This expansive family home is set in a rural environment.
Sustainability was a key element in the design choice for the owners and this was achieved in many areas.
Special features included:
- Specific zoned areas throughout. This allows areas to be closed for heating, cooling noise etc.
- Solar hot water system
- 100,000 litre in-ground water tank
- Raised ceiling heights
